Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during new launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Standard Shipping:
$5.95 — Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing

Express Shipping:
$15.00 — Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing

Free Standard Shipping:
Available on all U.S. orders over $50

Delivery estimates begin once your package has been received by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

KOEN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@koenbrand.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KOEN is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

At this time, KOEN only ships within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
